Con la participaci\u00f3n de 13 jugadores de cuatro CCDR que estar\u00e1n en los pr\u00f3ximos Juegos Deportivos Nacionales y Para Nacionales Lim\u00f3n 2025, este domingo se realiz\u00f3 un Meeting Boccia desde el \u00abGimnasio Turrialba 96\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los equipos participantes fueron del Comit\u00e9 Cantonal de San Isidro de Heredia, Comit\u00e9 Cantonal de Bel\u00e9n, Comit\u00e9 Cantonal de Escaz\u00fa y los anfitriones del Comit\u00e9 Cantonal de Deportes de Turrialba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El deporte de boccia lo practican personas en silla de ruedas que tienen par\u00e1lisis cerebral, lesi\u00f3n cerebral o discapacidad f\u00edsica severa, lo compiten en una cancha de 12m de largo por 6m de ancho en donde el objetivo es acercar mas Boccia de su equipo (rojo o azul) al Jack o Boccia principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abLos Meeting tienen varios objetivos, uno de ellos es iniciar el proceso de iniciaci\u00f3n y competici\u00f3n de algunos jugadores, desde la clasificaci\u00f3n funcional hasta la competencia por clases deportivas, al ser uno de los Para Deportes dentro de Juegos Deportivos Nacionales los CCDR van conformando sus equipos y mejores jugadores que los representaran en dichas justas\u00bb indico Andr\u00e9s Carvajal Fournier, presidente de la Federaci\u00f3n Para Deportes de Costa Rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los pr\u00f3ximos Juegos Deportivos Nacionales y Para Nacionales, que ser\u00e1n realizados en la provincia de Lim\u00f3n, ser\u00e1n del lunes 12 al s\u00e1bado 24 de enero de 2026, en donde Boccia se estar\u00e1 efectuando del 21 al 24 de enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El meeting se realiz\u00f3 este domingo en el \u201cGimnasio Turrialba 96\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
