Por primera vez en historia de la Copa Panamericana de Tenis, se incluy\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de paratletas, donde el costarricense Steven Enr\u00edquez, en su silla de ruedas, dio los primeros \u201craquetazos\u201den esta nueva categor\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La noche de \u00e9ste mi\u00e9rcoles, en el Costa Rica Tennis Club, Steven
Enr\u00edquez, indic\u00f3 que la experiencia de jugar ante el p\u00fablico tico, vali\u00f3 cada segundo del juego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin importar la derrota (9-1), ante la dupla de Javier Borbon y David Rodr\u00edguez, el Paratleta Steven agradeci\u00f3 a su compa\u00f1ero de dobles, Jos\u00e9 Camacho, por haber aceptado el reto de jugar junto a \u00e9l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe mencionar esta categor\u00eda, s\u00f3lo Steven Enr\u00edquez juega en Silla de Ruedas, pues su compa\u00f1ero de equipo es un jugador convencional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
