{"id":5873,"date":"2023-05-31T02:29:52","date_gmt":"2023-05-31T02:29:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rgdeportes.com\/?p=5873"},"modified":"2023-05-31T02:30:21","modified_gmt":"2023-05-31T02:30:21","slug":"puerto-viejo-inicio-con-muchas-actividades-la-temporada-deportiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rgdeportes.com\/index.php\/2023\/05\/31\/puerto-viejo-inicio-con-muchas-actividades-la-temporada-deportiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Puerto Viejo inici\u00f3 con muchas actividades la Temporada Deportiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"637\" src=\"https:\/\/rgdeportes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Sarapiqui-1024x637.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5874\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rgdeportes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Sarapiqui-1024x637.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rgdeportes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Sarapiqui-300x187.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rgdeportes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Sarapiqui-768x478.jpg 768w, https:\/\/rgdeportes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Sarapiqui-1536x956.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/rgdeportes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Sarapiqui.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La localidad de Puerto Viejo de Sarapiqu\u00ed realiz\u00f3 este fin de semana el arranque oficial de la Temporada Deportiva y Recreativa 2023 bajo el Programa Act\u00edvate, y donde destac\u00f3 la actividad f\u00edsica fue protagonista, con motivo de la primera fecha a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con gran participaci\u00f3n de familias enteras se apropiaron de la variada agenda que el Comit\u00e9 Cantonal de Deporte y Recreaci\u00f3n de Sarapiqu\u00ed, en coordinaci\u00f3n con los profesionales de la Unidad de Programas y Proyectos institucionales del Icoder, prepararon para disfrute de los lugare\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Act\u00edvate es un programa que el Icoder desarrolla en los cantones que lo soliciten, que contempla actividades para responder a las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n, buscando promover estilos de vida saludables a trav\u00e9s de la recreaci\u00f3n y la actividad f\u00edsica, porque como dice el lema \u201cMoverse es Salud\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente hay seis comit\u00e9s de deportes en Act\u00edvate 2023: Sarapiqu\u00ed, Santa Cruz, Quepos, Parrita, Montes de Oro y Desamparados. Se espera en pocas semanas el ingreso de alrededor de quince comit\u00e9s de diferentes regiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Act\u00edvate Sarapiqu\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento del fin de semana no solo fue importante para el Icoder por ser la primera jornada de Act\u00edvate del a\u00f1o 2023, sino porque, adem\u00e1s, era la primera vez que la iniciativa se implementaba en el cant\u00f3n de Sarapiqu\u00ed, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Diana Herrera Quesada, del equipo del Icoder involucrado en Act\u00edvate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ese motivo, se cont\u00f3 con la presencia de la Alcaldesa Vanessa Rodr\u00edguez Rodr\u00edguez, y parte del Concejo Municipal; de Miguel Barquero, Presidente del CCDR y dem\u00e1s miembros; as\u00ed como Warren Ugalde Mej\u00eda, Gestor Deportivo y Recreativo. Tambi\u00e9n, fuerzas vivas de la comunidad como Bomberos, Fuerza P\u00fablica, Cruz Roja y representantes de la UNA, UNED y la RECAFIS; dirigentes todos que mostraron el compromiso cantonal con la salud, el deporte y la recreaci\u00f3n y contribuyeron a la excelencia de la primera fecha de Act\u00edvate 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n local sorprendi\u00f3 con un presente al Icoder, en se\u00f1al de gratitud por el acompa\u00f1amiento recibido.
