Daniel Formal, piloto nacional y su compa\u00f1ero Kyle Marcelli, logran salir victoriosos en las 2 carreras de la fecha con el Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo EVO2 de <\/em><\/strong><\/a>Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti Autosport<\/a><\/em><\/strong> en Laguna Seca, California.<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la competencia el piloto costarricense se llev\u00f3 la victoria en la primera ronda de la temporada Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America en WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. Este es otro triunfo en la carrera deportiva del piloto Formal, que salt\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente al liderato en la primera vuelta desde el segundo lugar en la parrilla con un movimiento de frenada tard\u00eda, alrededor del exterior del pole-sitter John Capestro Dubets en la curva 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9l y su copiloto Marcelli pilotaron el No. 1 Wayne Taylor Racing con Andretti Autosport Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo EVO2 a la victoria en una carrera que vio el retiro de tres autos en la \u00faltima vuelta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es esta afamada competencia mundial Daniel suma un triunfo m\u00e1s a su carrera deportiva, demostrando el talento y disciplina de un costarricense en la pista con la afamada marca Lamborghini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel ha desarrollado su carrera deportiva desde peque\u00f1o en Costa Rica, compitiendo en un tramo de edad mucho mayor debido a su tama\u00f1o, el piloto de cinco a\u00f1os comenz\u00f3 su carrera deportiva contra ni\u00f1os de ocho y nueve a\u00f1os en el Campeonato Nacional de Cuatro Ciclos de Costa Rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Danny en el 2003, gan\u00f3 el Campeonato Nacional de Cuatro Ciclos en Costa Rica, el Campeonato de Cuatro Ciclos de Resistencia y Karting Indoor y comenz\u00f3 a competir en los Estados Unidos, compitiendo en series de alto perfil como Florida Winter Tour, Easy Kart Championships y World Karting Association Florida Series, en 2005 se convirti\u00f3 en el Campe\u00f3n Nacional de Estados Unidos Rotax Mini Max. De ah\u00ed una larga carrera de triunfos y campeonatos en esta categor\u00eda, logrando en el 2010 reclamar el prestigioso Premio al Conductor del A\u00f1o de eKartingNews.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Posteriormente su carrera se enfoc\u00f3 en las pistas de carreras y veh\u00edculos de alta gama, logrando recientemente proclamarse campe\u00f3n de la categor\u00eda Lamborghini Super Trofeo<\/strong> USA Continente Americano, luego de ganar la d\u00e9cima fecha de la temporada corrida en el Virginia International Raceway. Formal es el segundo costarricense en lograr un t\u00edtulo en una categor\u00eda de la IMSA<\/strong>, la organizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante de automovilismo de circuito en los Estados Unidos, el primero fue Jorge Trejos en el a\u00f1o 1995 cuando se coron\u00f3 campe\u00f3n de la categor\u00eda GT2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
