Fue cuando le dije me comprara  una moto para que me ense\u00f1e a endurear, \u00e9l me apoy\u00f3 y as\u00ed empez\u00f3 todo.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfTu primera carrera donde la realizaste y cuanto fue el recorrido?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Empec\u00e9 Enduro en el 2014 pero mi primera carrera fue en el 2018, no exist\u00eda categor\u00eda femenina en el Campeonato Nacional de Enduro, fue en la primera fecha del Campeonato se realiz\u00f3 en Palmares de Alajuela, el recorrido era de aproximadamente 25 km.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfDe las competencias que has realizado, cual te marc\u00f3 m\u00e1s?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>La cuarta fecha del Campeonato Nacional de Enduro 2019, la cual se realiz\u00f3 en Monteverde de Puntarenas. Las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas no favorecieron, llovi\u00f3 toda la noche previa a la carrera, ocasionando que los trillos quedaran intransitables luego de que pasaran muchas motos en tan solo la primera vuelta (de reconocimiento).  <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Me sent\u00ed perdida en medio trillo (sin se\u00f1al) y muy cansada, ya que las condiciones del terreno eran sumamente dif\u00edciles.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu especialidad en este deporte?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>En motociclismo, mi especialidad es el Enduro, el cual se realiza en caminos o trillos abiertos donde se pueden encontrar diversos obst\u00e1culos naturales, tales como barro, piedras, troncos, zanjas, huecos, entre otros.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Adem\u00e1s, me ha permitido conocer lugares y personas incre\u00edbles. Entre ellas Lena Larsson una reconocida endurista de nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfCon respecto a la alimentaci\u00f3n, usted como competidora debe cumplir un plan estricto de alimentos d\u00edas antes de un torneo?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>P<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>rocuro alimentarme de manera sana pero no sigo un plan como tal de alimentaci\u00f3n. Aunado a una sana alimentaci\u00f3n previa, es fundamental una adecuada hidrataci\u00f3n d\u00edas previos a una carrera<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfHas participado fuera de Costa Rica?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>No he tenido la oportunidad de participar fuera de Costa Rica, no tengo duda que ser\u00eda una gran experiencia<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 competencia es la que m\u00e1s admiras a nivel mundial en este deporte?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>El Red Bull Romaniacs Hard Enduro, donde participan los mejores pilotos del mundo en este deporte, incluyendo participaci\u00f3n femenina.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfSi no fueras corredora de motociclismo, a qu\u00e9 otra disciplina te hubieras dedicado?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Al ciclismo, actualmente practico ciclismo recreativo como complemento f\u00edsico para el Enduro<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntos d\u00edas por semana practicas deporte?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Al menos dos veces por semana practico ciclismo (entre semana) y fines de semana entreno Enduro<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&nbsp;\u00bfC\u00f3mo planificas tu vida profesional con lo deportivo?<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Se complementan perfectamente, mi trabajo requiere giras de campo en las cuales es usual realizar caminatas en la monta\u00f1a, lo que me permite realizar ejercicio f\u00edsico tambi\u00e9n. Mi horario laboral favorece la posibilidad de realizar ejercicio por las tardes (principalmente ciclismo).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto ha aportado la mujer en la actualidad con otras disciplinas deportivas?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Much\u00edsimo, creo que las mujeres a trav\u00e9s del tiempo hemos demostrado que no solo somos capaces de practicar cualquier deporte, sino que somos capaces incluso de sobresalir en diversas disciplinas.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfCrees que los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n nacional le dedican el espacio suficiente a la mujer en el deporte?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Considero que no es suficiente, principalmente cuando se trata de deportes \u201cpoco tradicionales\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Me parece excelente que este medio www.rgdeportes.com est\u00e9 promoviendo y dando oportunidad a estos deportes y principalmente a la participaci\u00f3n femenina en estos.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 consejo dar\u00edas para incentivar a las mujeres ticas para que practiquen alguna actividad deportiva?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Les dir\u00eda que si tienen oportunidad de practicar alg\u00fan deporte, no la desaprovechen, muchas personas no pueden practicar deporte por diversas limitantes, mientras que las que podemos, muchas veces simplemente ponemos excusas. Adem\u00e1s, no hay que olvidar que el deporte es salud, es vida.
