La actividad se llevar\u00e1 a cabo este s\u00e1bado 8 de agosto, de 10:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m., en el Gimnasio de Deportes Adaptados, ubicado en el Parque de La Paz, y estar\u00e1 abierta de forma gratuita para Personas con Discapacidad Cognitiva, Discapacidad F\u00edsica y personas sin discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa es impulsada por Karen Somoza \u00c1lvarez, profesional en Ciencias del Movimiento Humano, quien recientemente recibi\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n especializada en paradanza deportiva en M\u00e9xico con el objetivo de fortalecer sus conocimientos e introducir oficialmente esta disciplina en Costa Rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este evento representa un momento hist\u00f3rico para el pa\u00eds, ya que Costa Rica se convertir\u00eda en la primera naci\u00f3n de Centroam\u00e9rica y la quinta de Am\u00e9rica en implementar la paradanza deportiva, ampliando las oportunidades de participaci\u00f3n para personas con y sin discapacidad en una disciplina que combina el deporte, el arte y la inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa paradanza demuestra que la pasi\u00f3n, el talento y la inclusi\u00f3n no conocen barreras. Es una disciplina que puede transformar vidas.
