Esta condici\u00f3n contraviene el \u201cFair Play\u201d y la transparencia financiera, pilares sobre los cuales la FCRF viene destacando. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este momento, por la confidencialidad y seguridad jur\u00eddica del proceso no es posible brindar mayores detalles. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n denegatoria de la licencia al equipo liberiano podr\u00e1 ser apelada antes del 6 de julio para presentar recurso de revocatoria con apelaci\u00f3n y subsidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se aclara tambi\u00e9n que los equipos con licencia otorgada deber\u00e1n encontrarse al d\u00eda con sus obligaciones tributarias o bien reportado lo correspondiente seg\u00fan la normativa, a m\u00e1s tardar el 17 de julio, de la misma manera con la CCSS para acreditar su condici\u00f3n de \u201cpatrono al d\u00eda\u201d.
